A special purpose trust, originally designed to hold real estate and thus sometimes called a “realty trust,” where the identity of the beneficiaries is contained in a document separate from the rest of the trust.
Regarding insurance, once issued, the policy cannot be cancelled, or the terms changed by the insurer. Also premiums cannot be increased. This is the best renewable provision and the most expensive. Normally found in disability income policies issued to age 65. Medicare supplements and LTC polices can be issued non-cancelable.
Non-Cancelable and Guaranteed Renewable
Adds to the non-cancelable benefits that the policy is also guaranteed to renew to a certain age., and the insurer cannot nonrenew the policy for any reason until that age is obtained.
